Over 20 years in healthcare led me here.
I’m Johanna Sulca, a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 20 years in healthcare. I was born in Ecuador and studied in New York and Florida, holding many different roles across the medical field along the way. But I always felt pulled toward something more personal — helping people feel confident and beautiful in their own skin.
Becoming an entrepreneur was a dream I carried my whole life. My father lived that dream every day, and he inspired me to build something of my own. In 2024, I did: Sulca Aesthetics, a place where real medical expertise meets unhurried, personal care.
